Do you want to shape the tech talents of tomorrow? Join us at WBS CODING SCHOOL – Europe’s leading hybrid coding school!

As Lead Instructor - Digital Product Design of WBS CODING SCHOOL, you are responsible for the learning success and experience of our students. In our 15-week Digital Product Design program, you will teach online for 12 weeks and then meet your students for the last 3 weeks at our Coding Campus in Berlin. You will run regular workshops for our participants and support them in the event of challenges

You are responsible for conducting workshops, feedback sessions and other learning events (lessons take place 9:00 am– 6:00 pm, Mon – Fr.).
You motivate our participants and coach them according to their needs.
Together with our Product Lead and our instructor team, you will continue to develop our curriculum to ensure the continuous improvement of our courses.

Your strengths

You are an experienced product designer (2y+).
You have very good knowledge of UX research and UI design for native and mobile interfaces.
You have experience using agile methodology (SCRUM or equivalent) and have worked with developers and other designers as product designer, product owner or product manager.
You have teaching experience, preferably in a group/bootcamp setting.
You are familiar with bootcamps and startups, working as UX designer & UI designer minimum.
You know your way around common tools of product design.
You respond empathetically to your students’ needs.
You love sharing your knowledge.
Excellent spoken and written English (C1+).
An independent, structured way of working with a high degree of self-responsibility as well as intercultural competence.
Work experience in small and big companies is a plus.
You are available to work full-time between November 14, 2022 and March 10, 2023 and can arrange to come to Berlin for the last three weeks of the program (starting February 20, 2023).
